January 9th, 2010 from 10am to 2pm at Levy's Source for Sports ***
January 30th, 2010 from 1:30pm to 4:30pm at Walnut Grove Community Centre
February 6th, 2010 from 1:30pm to 4:30pm at Walnut Grove Community Centre

Evaluations are required for all players from Novice through to Midget, there is no fee being charged for the evaluation however it is required for all players in these divisions in order to ensure the child is assigned to the correct team for their skill level.
What to Bring to Registration
New Registrants must bring:
· a photocopy of player’s birth certificate (to be kept on player’s file)
· a photocopy of player's proof of residency (hydro, gas or other utility bill showing the player's Langley address)
· player’s Care Card Number
All Registrants must bring:
- two cheques (both made out to LMLA or Langley Minor Lacrosse Association):
- one cheque for registration fees
o one for the uniform deposit in the amount of $100.00 dated August 1, 2010 (this cheque will only be cashed if the jersey is not returned or is returned damaged).
