Field Lacrosse Registration at the BC Summer Games

Registration for the upcoming Field Lacrosse season for Girls and Youth will be held Saturday, July 24th 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. at Willoughby Turf - west.The Langley Lightning Girls Field Lacrosse will be holding our next registration during the BC Summer Games at the Willoughby Turf Fields, Saturday, July 24th from 11 - 3.
2010 Registration Fees:
FUNdamental - 2001 - 2004 - $125.00
U12 - 2000 - 1998 - $125.00
U15 - 1997 - 1995 - $150.00
U19 - 1994 - 1991 - $150.00
What to Bring to Registration
New Registrants must bring:
· a photocopy of player’s birth certificate (to be kept on player’s file).
· a photocopy of player's proof of residency (hydro, gas or other utility bill showing the player's Langley address).
· player’s Care Card Number.
All Registrants must bring:
two cheques (both made out to LFL or Langley Field Lacrosse):
- one cheque for registration fees with current date.
- one cheque for the volunteer fees (post dated to December 1, 2010 - $40.00)

Date: Saturday, July 24th
Time: 11:00 a.m to 3:00 p.m.
Place: Willoughby Turf - west (beside the LEC)
Please bring three cheques:
1) registration fees (Cheques made payable to LFL - maybe post-dated to August 1, 2010)
* U19 - $240.00
* U16 - $240.00
* U14 - $225.00
* U12 - $210.00
* U10 - $190.00
* U8 - $120.00
2) jersey deposit ($100.00 - post-dated to March 1, 2011) returning players can 're-date'
3) volunteer deposit ($40.00 - post-dated to March 1, 2011) - coaches and managers exempt
New players:
Please bring a
